All of our beef is USDA inspected, dry aged for 2 weeks, then vacuum packed and frozen for maximum freshness.
***We are currently sold out of individual cuts but 90/10 ground is available as of Summer 2020. Quarters and halves are available for reservation, ready for pick up or delivery in Winter 2021***
We are licensed by the state of Maine to sell direct to our customers right out of our freezer here at the ranch or by personal delivery upon request. For larger quantities such as halves or wholes, we can arrange to meet up with you and load up your boxes/coolers with your meat immediately when it's available either right at the butcher's, at an agreed upon meet up location, or direct to your home freezer.
Our freezers are always temperature monitored to assure the quality of our beef. It is recommended you store your beef at zero degrees Fahrenheit to maintain the best flavor and quality.
The exact weight of meat included in a half/quarter varies depending on the individual animal. This isn't known until the time of cutting at the butcher. But you can expect around 85# of packaged beef in a quarter and around 170# in a half. Below you'll find the type of cuts and approximate number of each included in a HALF.
